Speech Pathology Staff
Marianne Sperry received her B.S and M.A. from the University of Cincinnati in Communication Disorders (Speech Pathology / Language Pathology). She has practiced as a speech and language pathologist since 1992. She established a speech division for Columbia HCA home care program, worked as lead speech pathologist at Currey Ingram Academy, started the Easter Seals Pediatric Therapy Program and operated a private practice in the Belle Meade/West Meade area for 10+ years. Her specialty is child language and learning issues. She has completed research and published articles in this area. Marianne is also a member of the American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA). Marianne is available for speaking engagement and conducting educational workshops.

Marianne Sperry meets all of the national and state requirements for the field of Speech Language Pathology including the following:

  • Masters Degree
  • Clinical Fellowship Year for ASHA (American Speech and Hearing Association)
  • ASHA Certified
  • Current State licensure
  • Exceed ASHA requirements for CEU’s each year
